Beef wok with balsamic, crispy pasta, and vegetables from the market

INGREDIENTS

- 12 ounce beef filet
- 1 turnip
- 1 leaf of pasta dough
- Flat parsley
- 2 cebettes (variety of onions)
- 1 red onion
- 1 leek
- Balsamic
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Coarse salt
LA RECETTE DU CHEF

- Slice the beef filet.
- Peel the vegetables.
- Slice the turnip, the cebette and the leek.
- Cook the turnip and the cebette in boiling water, and cold them.
- Fry the leek à 320°.
- Slice the pastas and cook those 20 seconds in boiling water.
- Then cook the pastas in a frying pan with olive oil, and put salt and pepper.
- Cut the flat parsley and the red onion.
- Cook the red onion in olive oil without coloration.
- Put salt and pepper on the beef
- Cook the beef in the wok with steaming oil.
- Then add all the vegetables and the flat parsley.
- Deglaze with the balsamic.
- Put in a deep plate with the leek over.
