- Sugar
- Melted chocolate
Donut :
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbs of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla paste
- 10 oz of ricotta (dry version)
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 1.5 tsp of tea
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 4 oz of flour
- 1 oz of cocoa powder

Whip the eggs, the sugar and the vanilla paste. Then incorporate the ricotta cheese, and after the pepper, the tea and the baking powder. While whipping slowly, add the flour step by step and after the cocoa. Make small scoops and fry them at 375 F° during 5 min. Then dry them on an absorbing paper and roll them into the sugar.

Serve them into a basket with the melted chocolate in sauce dish.
