- 2 oz of Hayman’s Old Tom gin
- 1 oz of clementine juice
- 1/2 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash of fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz of simple syrup
- 2 sprigs of dill
- 5 drops of jalapeno Tabasco
- 1 espresso spoon of brown sugar

In a shaker, muddle the dill with lemon juice, lime juice and brown sugar. Add the Old Tom gin , simple syrup, clementine juice and jalapeno Tabasco. Shake all the ingredients together and double strain into a champagne glass filled with a few ice cubes. Garnish with a small sprig of dill .
