- 4 Santa Barbara sea urchin s
- 1 oz of squid
- 1 oz of sushi rice
- 1 cucumber
- Soy sauce
- 1 kinome leaf
- 1 shredded seaweed
- 1 pinch of wasabi

Put some rice in a sake glass. Add the sliced cucumber. Cut thin slices of squid and add it. Put two sea urchin s. Brush two other ones with soy sauce, burn them with a flame and do it twice. Put them in the glass and sauce with soya sauce. Put the kinome leaf, the seaweed and the wasabi.
