INGREDIENTS

- 1.5 oz of bourbon
- 1 oz of mint cream
- 3/4 oz of white cocoa cream
- 3 sprays of absinthe
- 1 lemon twist
LA RECETTE DU CHEF

In a glass mixer, stir with ice the bourbon , the mint cream and white cacao cream together. Strain into a rock glass rinse with absinthe . As a garnish, use a lemon twist.
